Un moteur sans balais vaut-il plus d'argent ?<\/h4>\n<p>Les moteurs CC sans balais sont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s sur la base des moteurs CC \u00e0 balais. Quels sont les principes de ces deux m\u00e9thodes de commande ?<\/p>\n<p>(1) Commande \u00e0 onde carr\u00e9e : La position du rotor du moteur est obtenue par le capteur \u00e0 effet Hall. Ensuite, en fonction de la position du rotor, 6 commutations sont effectu\u00e9es dans le cycle \u00e9lectrique de 360\u00b0 (commutation une fois tous les 60\u00b0). \u00c0 chaque position de commutation, le moteur produit une force dans une direction sp\u00e9cifique. On peut donc dire que la pr\u00e9cision de position de la commande par onde carr\u00e9e est de 60\u00b0 \u00e9lectriques. Comme la forme d'onde du courant de phase du moteur est proche d'une onde carr\u00e9e dans le cadre de cette m\u00e9thode de commande, on parle de commande par ondes carr\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>(2) Contr\u00f4le de l'onde sinuso\u00efdale : L'onde SVPWM est utilis\u00e9e et la sortie est une tension sinuso\u00efdale triphas\u00e9e. Le courant de phase du moteur est un courant sinuso\u00efdal. On peut consid\u00e9rer que de multiples changements continus dans la commutation sont effectu\u00e9s au cours d'un cycle \u00e9lectrique. Il n'y a pas de changement soudain dans le courant de commutation. Il est \u00e9vident que, par rapport \u00e0 la commande par onde carr\u00e9e, la commande par onde sinuso\u00efdale pr\u00e9sente des fluctuations de couple plus faibles, moins d'harmoniques de courant, et semble plus \"d\u00e9licate\" \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler.<\/p>\n<h4>Caract\u00e9ristiques des ondes carr\u00e9es et sinuso\u00efdales :<\/h4>\n<p>Caract\u00e9ristiques de contr\u00f4le de l'onde carr\u00e9e<\/p>\n<p>(1) Prix bon march\u00e9. L'algorithme du pilote est simple, la difficult\u00e9 de d\u00e9veloppement est faible, le co\u00fbt de d\u00e9veloppement est faible et le co\u00fbt du mat\u00e9riel lui-m\u00eame est inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui de la commande sinuso\u00efdale ;<\/p>\n<p>(2) L'acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration et la d\u00e9c\u00e9l\u00e9ration sont simples et brutales, semblables \u00e0 celles de l'acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur, mais il est \u00e9galement facile de d\u00e9passer les limites ;<\/p>\n<p>(3) L'adaptation du moteur est simple. Les exigences relatives \u00e0 la phase Hall du moteur, \u00e0 l'inductance de phase et \u00e0 la r\u00e9sistance de phase sont faibles ;<\/p>\n<p>Caract\u00e9ristiques de la commande sinuso\u00efdale<\/p>\n<p>(1) Fonctionnement en douceur et faible fluctuation du couple. Comme pour la servocommande, l'effet de fonctionnement est r\u00e9gulier et n'est pas facilement affect\u00e9 par les variations de charge ;<\/p>\n<p>(2) Plus stable et plus fiable, avec une longue dur\u00e9e de vie. La commande sinuso\u00efdale \u00e9vite l'impact du courant de pointe, tandis que la commande carr\u00e9e est susceptible de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer un courant de pointe, qui a un impact sur le tube MOS et le moteur et affecte facilement la dur\u00e9e de vie ;<\/p>\n<p>(3) Silencieux, faible bruit. Lorsque le moteur tourne, la commande \u00e0 ondes carr\u00e9es peut clairement entendre le \"grincement\" du courant, tandis que le bruit du courant de la commande \u00e0 ondes sinuso\u00efdales est extr\u00eamement faible ;<\/p>\n<p>(4) Rendement \u00e9lev\u00e9, \u00e9conomie d'\u00e9nergie et r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions. Le contr\u00f4le de l'onde sinuso\u00efdale est plus performant que le contr\u00f4le de l'onde carr\u00e9e et n\u00e9cessite un courant plus faible pour produire la m\u00eame puissance ;<\/p>\n<p>(5) L'algorithme est plus difficile et le co\u00fbt est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que celui de la commande par onde carr\u00e9e ;<\/p>\n<h4>Comment choisir entre un variateur \u00e0 ondes carr\u00e9es et un variateur \u00e0 ondes sinuso\u00efdales ?<\/h4>\n<p>Puisqu'il existe deux m\u00e9thodes de commande pour les moteurs sans balais, l'onde sinuso\u00efdale et l'onde carr\u00e9e, comment choisir ?<\/p>\n<p>(1) Si vous n'avez pas d'exigences trop \u00e9lev\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re d'effet de fonctionnement, de performance, de stabilit\u00e9 et de fiabilit\u00e9, et que vous recherchez un faible co\u00fbt, choisissez un variateur \u00e0 ondes carr\u00e9es ;<\/p>\n<p>(2) Si vous recherchez un bon fonctionnement, une stabilit\u00e9 et une fiabilit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9es, le silence, une faible consommation d'\u00e9nergie et un rendement \u00e9lev\u00e9, choisissez un variateur sinuso\u00efdal ;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le moteur \u00e0 courant continu sans balais vaut-il la peine d'\u00eatre achet\u00e9 ?
